Mechanical seal stationary seats are the primary seal ring mounted on non-rotating parts of the centrifugal pump. This component is responsible for preventing corrosion and temperature changes in the pump. Mesco carries mechanical seal stationary seats compatible with a majority of OEM centrifugal pumps and components. We offer both cup seats and O-ring stationary seats, and they come in a variety of materials including ceramic, silicon carbide, and tungsten carbide.
